Each fall, University Housing rallies its community to provide meals for local families in need. This year, our goal is to fund 12,000 meals for hungry community members. 

We’re counting on our residents, staff and anyone who can give to help us reach this goal—and you can help! Donation bins are located at each community desk and giving is easy online through Venmo, PayPal or card at https://www.classy.org/team/535007. 

If you give online, every $1 equals three meals! 

Current housing residents who donate online on special giving days will be entered to win the following prizes: 

• Oct. 18: Donate $5 or more for a chance to win a $100 shopping spree at the UGA Bookstore 
• Oct. 24: Donate $10 or more for a chance to win 1 of 5 first picks of their on-campus space next year 
• Oct. 30: Donate any amount for a chance to win an unlimited fitness pass at Ramsey for spring semester 

Housing Against Hunger is part of a larger campaign led by the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia (FBNEG), which works to address hunger and end food insecurity by serving communities across the region, providing consistent access to nourishing food and relevant education.
