All groups interested in booking a stay in University Housing must complete the conference reservation request form. Requests are accepted on a continual basis and reservations are based on availability, so early submission is encouraged.
Once the completed conference reservation request form is received, a staff member will contact you to schedule a meeting to go over the drafted contract/agreement, policies and what to expect. After the meeting, the group sponsor will receive the formal contract/agreement. All reservations are pending until an executed contract/agreement is received.
If your conference group will have multiple sessions, we will include instructions on how to submit materials for each session.
Every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however, submission of a request form does not guarantee space.
