Oglethorpe House

DESCRIPTION

Residents of “O-House,” as it is more commonly known, enjoy the convenience of meals at Oglethorpe Dining Commons, which is located just outside the lobby doors. Easy access to central campus and UGA bus routes make it a popular hall for first-years and upperclassmen. All residence halls have secure two-factor building access, WiFi and Ethernet internet access, laundry rooms, study lounges, community kitchens and access to a 24-hour desk.

In recognition of the later start date for spring 2026 classes, University Housing and UGA Dining Services will apply a modest fee reduction to eligible students – those living in residence halls that open later than unusual and those with an all-access meal plan. The fee reduction will appear as a credit on student accounts in December 2025, when spring 2026 fees are posted.
