Non-first year undergraduate students have the opportunity to live in single, double-as-private* and suite-style rooms on the Health Sciences Campus in Brown Hall. Each room is furnished with desks, chairs, nightstands and 17-position adjustable beds. Students choosing to live in Brown Hall can take advantage of living in a trendy part of Athens while still enjoying an on-campus, community lifestyle free from the hassles of monthly bills. Food Services' new dining hall, The Niche, serves the Health Sciences Campus for breakfast and lunch and offers upscale, made-to-order entreés to any student on a UGA meal plan. The Health Sciences Campus is served by city and university bus routes.
The visitation option for Brown Hall is “2”, which allows for visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
*Double-as-private rooms are rooms intended for two residents that house only one. They are larger than single rooms. In Brown Hall, residents with double-as-private rooms will share a bathroom with either one or two other residents.
