Academic Year Contracts
All rates are per resident per semester. Rates have been approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents.
Reed and Payne Halls will remain open during mid-year breaks, including fall break, Thanksgiving, winter break and spring break.
Rutherford Hall is closed for the 2012-2013 year.
*For students participating in the Franklin Residential College (FRC) in Building 1516, a $25 programming fee will be added to their Student Account, in addition to the semester rent for Building 1516 listed below.

East Campus Village
Residents of East Campus Village have two contract options:
- All residents living in McWhorter Hall have academic year contracts ending in May with payments in fall and spring.
- All residents living in Building 1512, Rooker Hall and Vandiver Hall have 11.5 month contracts ending in August with payments in fall, spring and summer.
