University Housing is a complex and dynamic organization that is responsible for maintaining facilities and supporting the creation of a thriving on-campus community. More than 7,800 students reside in our 21 single-student residence halls with an additional 1,300 individuals and their families residing in our 20 family and graduate student apartment buildings. The work we do in University Housing directly connects to the mission of the Division of Student Affairs and University of Georgia, that is, helping students learn. We are proud to share that consistent research indicates those students living on campus perform better academically than their off-campus peers.
Our housing staff and others at the University of Georgia genuinely care about the well-being and success of each student.
