Check in and receive your key at the University Village Office at 710 East Campus Road (between Milledge Avenue and College Station Road). The front parking lot is directly across the street from a tennis court. Visitor parking is permitted in this lot in designated spaces.
Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday August 12 and 13, the office will be open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. If you are arriving after hours and the office is closed, contact the resident assistant (RA) on duty (phone number will be posted on the office door) when you arrive. The staff member will meet you for the check-in process and give you the key to your apartment.
Once you have completed the check-in process and received your key, you may move into your apartment.

Work Requests
Submit a work request for housing staff to raise or lower your bed. The work request system is also how you’ll report any maintenance issues with your room or your building.

Dawg Fest
DawgFest will be on Sunday, August 11 at 6 p.m. on Myers Quad. This free event hosted by Residence Hall Association (RHA) will have activities, snacks, and games for residents to play. They can also come out for a chance to meet the Residential Belonging Assistants (RBAs) as they lead a small activity as part of the event.
