WELCOME GREETING 

Welcome to the 2020-2021 academic year in University Housing at the University of Georgia! We’re excited that you’ve made the choice to join this amazing team for this new year. What you will find working here is that there is a genuine warmth and welcome of the community. It is both transformative and empowering. Our highest calling is to ensure that people feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.   

When thinking about the type of leaders we have on our team several characteristics come to mind. This is a group that values feedback, strives to enhance channels of communication, promotes curiosity, and works to make students’ and staff’s lives better.  

You will see that fall is an exhilarating time for the University of Georgia with our residence moving into the halls, new students taking their first steps as college students, returning students reconnecting with their friends, and of course, football season. This fall take advantage of as much of the Bulldawg Nation’s culture as possible. Be involved. Invest in people. Build relationships. Have fun.
