Dear residents,
As a reminder, your residence hall closes for spring break at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 7 and reopens at noon March 15. You will not have access to your room over the break.
Before you leave, please complete the following tasks:
- Pack all essential items (medication, passport, fish, electronics, chargers, etc.)
- Take your UGACard with you
- Clean room/apartment as best as possible
- Take all trash and recycling to the dumpsters
- Return clean Bulldog Boxes to the dining hall
- Close and lock all windows and lower the blinds
- Remove all perishables from the refrigerator and the room
- Turn the heat on and put the thermostat on the lowest heat setting
- Turn off all lights
- Lock your door(s)
In addition to normal maintenance and cleaning, University Housing staff will enter every room to ensure you have followed the steps listed above.
