Thank you for your interest in a graduate assistantship with University Housing, a part of the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Georgia!

The application process for the 2012-2013 is closed, and we are no longer accepting applications.  All positions for the 2012-2013 academic year have been filled, and we will not have any openings until fall 2013.

Should you be interested in an assistantship opportunity for the 2013-2014 year, applications are now available!

A graduate assistantship with University Housing will give you the opportunity to develop strong personal and professional skills by gaining experience beyond what a structured classroom can provide! Graduate residents (GRs) are responsible for providing leadership and maintaining positive relationships among students, staff, colleagues, housing administrators, and the UGA and Athens communities. Our GRs are instrumental in planning and implementing community programming and taking part in department initiatives. Our assistantships will prepare you for your future and provide you with valuable skill sets for your path to success--whether you plan on staying in student affairs or if you have another career path in mind!
