McGowan Road Community

The McGowan Road facility contains two-bedroom townhouses. Each building is two stories with drywall interiors and neutral-colored paint, natural wood cabinets, laminate kitchen counter tops and window blinds. All apartments are furnished and include an electric range, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioner, electric heating, high speed/ wireless Internet access and cable television service.  A covered parking space and an outdoor storage area is available for each unit. All utilities except for phone service are included in the monthly rent.  For 2012-2013, the McGowan Road townhomes are designated for students from the Georgia Regents University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership and graduate students in the College of Public Health.
