Kenny Road
The Kenny Road facility contains two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhouses with small studies. Each building is two stories with drywall interiors and neutral-colored paint, natural wood cabinets, laminate kitchen counter tops, and window blinds. All apartments are furnished and include a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioner, electric heating, high speed/ wireless Internet access and cable television service. A covered parking space, fenced back yard, and an outdoor storage area is available for each unit. All utilities except phone service are included in the monthly rent. For 2012-2013, Kenny Road townhouses are designated solely to visiting scholars.
