When student residents check into the Health Sciences Campus, they will receive their key, Residence Inventory Form, a community guide, and an orientation appointment.

Below is information that may be helpful for new student residents of the Health Sciences Campus:

Residence Inventory Form
The Residence Inventory Form should be completed and returned to the HSC Housing Staff at the time of the orientation appointment. This form is used to assess damages in the apartment upon check-out.

Keys
Keys for each apartment are issued at the time of check-in. Each resident will receive three keys.  One key is to access the unit and the other key is for the individual bedroom.  The third key is a mailbox key so residents can access their mailbox anytime they wish.  Residents are responsible for all keys, which must be turned in at check-out.

Mail
Mail is delivered by the United State Postal Service to outside mail kiosks in each residential area. The assigned mailbox is the same number as the apartment. Each resident should clearly label his/her name inside the mailbox (on the card at the front of the box) so the mail carrier can identify who lives in the residential unit. The street address differs for most buildings.

Parking
The parking areas located on the Health Sciences Campus are regulated by the UGA Parking Services. Registration and permit information may be obtained from Parking Services.

Update Information
Once you have been assigned to an apartment, please visit Residential Management Systems (RMS) and update your profile. You will need to use the RMS number that will be assigned to you and is found on the first page of the community guide. This is an important number to remember as you will need it from time to time, especially during the returning resident apartment sign-up process in the spring. While are updating your profile, be please sure to include your new UGA e-mail address, along with the names of all the individuals living in your apartment.
