Facility Reservation Information
The residence halls and family and graduate housing apartment buildings are equipped with indoor and outdoor spaces to reserve by housing staff and residents, university departments, and registered student organizations. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance and no earlier than the start of the semester the event is intended to take place. Typical reservation hours are from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. View the housing facilities reservation policy for a list of available spaces to reserve.
Anyone wishing to request use of housing facilities must complete a Facilities Reservation Form and submit it with the appropriate community office or family and graduate housing office. Please note: facilities reservations will not be accepted during hall openings, closings or during final exam periods. Room rental and set-up fees may apply.
