General Information

University Housing is comprised of three functional areas – Administrative Services and Communications, Facilities, and Residential Programs and Services. Administrative Services and Communications oversees assignments, billing, marketing, staff IT support, family and graduate housing and business and human resources operations. Facilities is responsible for all day-to-day maintenance operations, capital projects and the building services (custodial) program. Finally, Residential Programs and Services manages academic initiatives, residence life operations, the security program, the Residence Hall Association, staff development activities, summer conferences and the student conduct component of the department.
